The Role:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting marketing efforts at The OutCast Agency, including external and internal activities that contribute to raising and extending visibility of the brand. The Marketing Coordinator will partner with the Senior Manager of Marketing to engage, inspire and galvanize the organization around the company vision and business goals.  They will help to ensure that employees have clear direction for bringing the brand to life in expertise and practice, as well as ensuring that they are positioned as brand ambassadors in the appropriate external activities. They will also work with agency leadership to further develop online and offline presence, new business and thought leadership strategies, best practices and budgets.


Candidates MUST have:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience—agency experience a plus
  • Possess strong knowledge and demonstrated success with marketing strategy, branding, and internal communications
  • Strong project management skills
  • Able to execute across a variety of projects and initiatives
  • Excellent writing skills
