We are currently seeking a Digital Director with demonstrated digital and social expertise in our San Francisco office. Digital Director Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership abilities and prior success with social/digital campaigns for clients. They must also have well developed digital/social communities and platform knowledge, as well exceptional people and project management skills.
The Digital Director further develop and define the vision and strategy for the agency’s digital capabilities; they will drive growth and recognition. This individual is responsible for managing a range of digital/social programs and projects including but not limited, to fully integrated campaigns, paid media, search, social strategies, social channel management, digital builds, direct response and CRM. They will be well versed in overseeing or implementing measurement programs where they have gleaned insights from campaign data and made optimization recommendations to the client. They are responsible for educating the agency on new digital opportunities for clients and identifying how current programs can be enhanced with digital initiatives, developing agency digital strategy, building client relationships, new business development, and training.
- 7-10 years digital, marketing, online ads, and integrated campaigns (can be combined)
- 5+ years project management
- 3+ years supervising and managing others
- Demonstrated expertise in digital/social communities and platforms
- Demonstrated understanding of analytics; how to measure program success and drive strategy
